Well there was a post up on
Slashdot about Blizzard and Activision merging so is this good news? Activision has a big presence in console platforms from games like, Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk, and do first person shooters such as Call of Duty 4, Doom 3, and Quake 4. Blizzard is carrying titles like Diable II, Warcraft 3, Starcraft 2, and World of Warcraft.

What do I hope comes out of this?
What about a World of Warcraft for console games that operates in similar fashion to Final Fantasy XI. How about a Starcraft Universe that has first person shooter like Quake, but on a massive online server. Now that would be different, and interesting.
